反社会的勢力排除宣言
株式会社VAULT（以下、「当社」といいます）は、反社会的勢力による不当要求その他の社会的不法行為を断固として拒絶し、市民社会の秩序および安全に脅威を与える反社会的勢力を排除するため、以下の基本方針に基づき対応します。
VAULT Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") firmly rejects all improper demands and other illegal acts by anti-social forces, and addresses such forces that threaten the order and safety of civil society in accordance with the following basic policy.
第1条 組織としての対応Article 1. Organizational Response
当社は、反社会的勢力による不当要求に対し、担当者個人ではなく組織全体として対応します。
The Company responds to improper demands by anti-social forces as an entire organization, not by individuals.
第2条 外部専門機関との連携Article 2. Coordination with External Specialist Organizations
当社は、反社会的勢力への対応にあたり、平素より警察、暴力追放運動推進センター、弁護士等の外部専門機関と緊密に連携します。
In responding to anti-social forces, the Company maintains close coordination with external specialist organizations such as the police, violence eradication movement promotion centers, and legal counsel.
第3条 取引を含めた一切の関係遮断Article 3. Severance of All Relationships Including Transactions
当社は、反社会的勢力とは、取引関係を含めて、一切の関係を持ちません。反社会的勢力による不当要求は、拒絶します。
The Company maintains no relationships whatsoever with anti-social forces, including business transactions. The Company refuses any improper demands by anti-social forces.
第4条 有事における民事と刑事の法的対応Article 4. Civil and Criminal Legal Response in Emergencies
当社は、反社会的勢力による不当要求に対し、民事および刑事の両面から法的対応を行います。
The Company responds legally, in both civil and criminal aspects, to improper demands by anti-social forces.
第5条 裏取引や資金提供の禁止Article 5. Prohibition of Back-Door Deals and Funding
当社は、反社会的勢力との裏取引および反社会的勢力への資金提供を、いかなる場合も行いません。
The Company does not, under any circumstances, engage in back-door deals with anti-social forces or provide funding to anti-social forces.
