利用規約
本利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）は、株式会社VAULT（以下、「当社」といいます）が運営するウェブサイトおよび関連サービス（以下、「本サイト」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サイトをご利用の方（以下、「利用者」といいます）は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the website and related services (hereinafter "the Site") operated by VAULT Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"). Users of the Site shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
第1条 適用Article 1. Application
本規約は、利用者と当社との間の、本サイトの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
These Terms apply to all matters related to the use of the Site between the Company and users.
第2条 禁止事項Article 2. Prohibited Acts
利用者は、本サイトの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 犯罪行為に関連する行為
- 当社または第三者の知的財産権、肖像権、プライバシー、名誉その他の権利もしくは利益を侵害する行為
- 本サイトの運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセス、またはこれを試みる行為
- その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
Users shall not engage in: acts violating laws or public order; acts related to criminal activities; acts infringing on the intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights of the Company or third parties; acts interfering with operation of the Site; unauthorized access or attempts thereof; or other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.
第3条 本サイトの提供の停止等Article 3. Suspension of Service
当社は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、利用者に事前通知することなく本サイトの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができます。
- 本サイトのシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
- 地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災等の不可抗力により本サイトの提供が困難となった場合
- コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合
- その他、当社が本サイトの提供が困難と判断した場合
The Company may suspend or interrupt provision of all or part of the Site without prior notice in cases of: system maintenance or updates; force majeure such as earthquakes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters; equipment or communication failures; or other cases deemed difficult by the Company.
第4条 知的財産権Article 4. Intellectual Property
本サイトに掲載される文章、画像、動画、プログラム、その他一切のコンテンツに関する著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、当社の事前の書面による許諾なく、これらを複製、転載、改変、配布、公衆送信してはなりません。
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights regarding texts, images, videos, programs, and other content on the Site belong to the Company or rightful holders. Users shall not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, or publicly transmit such content without prior written permission of the Company.
第5条 免責事項Article 5. Disclaimer
当社は、本サイトに掲載する情報の正確性、有用性、完全性について、合理的な努力の範囲で正確を期しますが、保証するものではありません。利用者が本サイトの利用により損害を被った場合であっても、当社は責任を負いません（ただし、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除きます）。
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, usefulness, and completeness of information on the Site, but does not guarantee such. The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by users through use of the Site (except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company).
第6条 規約の変更Article 6. Amendments to Terms
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本サイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
The Company may amend these Terms at any time without notice to users when deemed necessary. Amended Terms take effect upon posting on the Site.
第7条 準拠法・裁判管轄Article 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サイトに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In case of disputes regarding the Site, the courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
