情報セキュリティ基本方針
株式会社VAULT（以下、「当社」といいます）は、お客様からお預かりする情報資産を適切に保護することが、当社の社会的責務であると認識し、以下の基本方針に基づき、情報セキュリティの維持・向上に取り組みます。
VAULT Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") recognizes that appropriate protection of information assets entrusted by clients is a social responsibility, and is committed to maintaining and improving information security based on the following basic policy.
第1条 情報セキュリティ管理体制の構築Article 1. Establishment of Information Security Management Framework
当社は、情報セキュリティを維持・向上させるため、代表取締役を最高責任者とする管理体制を構築し、継続的な改善に取り組みます。
The Company establishes a management framework headed by the Representative Director to maintain and improve information security, and commits to continuous improvement.
第2条 法令および社会規範の遵守Article 2. Compliance with Laws and Social Norms
当社は、情報セキュリティに関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守し、お客様の信頼に応えます。
The Company complies with laws, government guidelines, and other norms regarding information security, and strives to meet client expectations.
第3条 情報資産の保護Article 3. Protection of Information Assets
当社は、お客様からお預かりする情報資産および当社が保有する情報資産について、機密性・完全性・可用性を確保するため、適切な物理的・技術的・組織的セキュリティ対策を実施します。
The Company implements appropriate physical, technical, and organizational security measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets entrusted by clients and held by the Company.
第4条 従業員教育Article 4. Employee Training
当社は、全従業員に対し、情報セキュリティに関する教育および啓発活動を継続的に実施します。
The Company continuously provides information security education and awareness activities for all employees.
第5条 委託先の管理Article 5. Management of Service Providers
当社は、業務委託にあたり、委託先に対し当社と同等の情報セキュリティ水準を要求し、適切な管理を行います。
When outsourcing operations, the Company requires service providers to maintain information security standards equivalent to those of the Company and manages them appropriately.
第6条 インシデント対応Article 6. Incident Response
当社は、情報セキュリティに関するインシデントが発生した場合、速やかに原因を究明し、被害の最小化および再発防止に努めます。
In the event of information security incidents, the Company promptly investigates causes and works to minimize damage and prevent recurrence.
第7条 継続的改善Article 7. Continuous Improvement
当社は、情報セキュリティマネジメントシステムを定期的に見直し、継続的な改善を行います。
The Company regularly reviews its information security management system and implements continuous improvements.
